LASIK Video - Conventional LASIK vs. Bladeless LASIK

Are you seriously thinking about laser eye surgery to correct for myopia?

A LASIK video is a great chance to see what exactly is happening during the procedure. Though not all of us will be pleased with the images, still this is what you will go through if you decide to laser your eyes.

On YouTube there are a lot of LASIK procedure videos to choose from. I have chosen for you two of them which make clear the difference between a conventional LASIK procedure (a flap in the cornea is created by a microkeratome) and bladeless LASIK (IntraLase LASIK).

These videos can be useful if you are looking for a clinic where the operation can be done. But don't forget that this is a great way for medical centers to advertise their services.

Do your homework first: collect information about different clinics, their experience and pay special attention on "true stories" of their patients.

If you undergo the surgery yourself, you can get a video of your own surgery. But I believe it's the last concern you have at the moment.

Now, let's take a look.

! Note: these are operations, so they can be unpleasant to watch !

Before you commit to surgery, be sure to research all possible side effects that may occur.
